Yoga For Pelvic Health
Mondays, 11am-12pm
September 16 – November 4th (no class October 14th)
This is a breath based and gentle movement focused class where we learn how to increase hip mobility, tap into our core strength, and heal the pelvic floor. This 7 week series will teach about the pelvic floor and the core muscles. How to strengthen pelvic muscles. How to safely and gentle open the hips. We will explore gentle movement & breath awareness, and foster an awareness of your body.

Pelvic floor dysfunction/weakness is linked not just to incontinence but also to chronic low back pain, pelvic girdle pain and hip pain. In this series we will begin to regain control of these important muscles!
Pelvic health is not just for those who are healing dysfunction, it’s also for those who want to tap into one of the most powerful places in the female body.

During these 7 weeks we will:
`Learn about the pelvic floor and the core muscles.
`How to strengthen before we open
`Gentle movement & breath awareness
`tapping into a new awareness of your body

Connecting with the Divine Feminine ~ 4 Week Series
October 1-October 22
Tuesday’s 7:00 – 8:30 pm

As women we are cyclical beings, and our bodies are designed to cycle with the moon, we too have phases.
Light. Release. Shadows. Healing.
Our menstrual flow moves with the moon. When we try and keep that rush pace of life all month long, we disconnect from our true nature…we are meant to ebb and flow with each phase.
When we learn how to connect with each phase of the moon and give our bodies permission to move with each cycle we are in, we tune in to our most raw selves.
Tapping into the 4 phases of the cycle of the moon and tying them to how our body feels, moves, and behaves during each phase brings us back to the divine feminine.
In each of these 4 weeks we will focus on a different part of the moon phase and how it connects to where we are in our cycle (even if you no longer bleed, you most still moves through the phases!).
Every one is different, and you cycle will change over time, but learning how to utilize each phase gives us the tools to become the best version of ourselves.

Mindful Body Flow
Thursdays, 6-7pm
September 12th – November 7th (no class October 31st)
In this mindful flow class we use the breath as a tool to connect back in with our body.
When we are connected with the breath, we move energy through the body, allowing us to open pathways, and the body becomes freer.
Adding in movement strengthens the body, lengthens the muscles, and improves circulation, digestion, and overall well being.
Combining breath and movement is where we heal, and deepen our connection with our inner self.
** While modifications can be made, this is an intermediate level class
